Write for Us

Do you know WordPress, blogging or SEO well? Write for us and share what you have learned with Bloggersutra readers. We publish practical, beginner-friendly guides, and we welcome guest posts from bloggers, developers and marketers who have done the work themselves.

Topics we accept

  • Starting and running a WordPress blog
  • WordPress plugins, themes and hosting, including step-by-step tutorials
  • SEO for bloggers: keyword research, on-page SEO and SEO tools
  • Making money blogging: affiliate marketing, ads and digital products
  • Content, email and social media marketing for bloggers

Before you pitch, search our blog so you don’t suggest a topic we already cover. Our Start Here guide shows the kind of help our readers look for.

Guest post guidelines

  • Original work only. Your post must not be published anywhere else, and it must not be copied or spun from other content. If you use AI tools for help, you are responsible for checking every fact and every step.
  • Length. Aim for at least 1,500 words and cover the topic fully. Quality matters more than word count.
  • Plain English. Write for beginners: short sentences, clear steps, and no jargon without an explanation.
  • Accurate and up to date. Check facts, prices and screenshots before you send your post, and link to trustworthy sources.
  • Images. Add your own screenshots where they help. Only use images you have the right to use, and credit the source.
  • No adult, hateful or abusive content, and nothing that breaks the law.

Our link policy

You get one link to your own website or social profile in your author bio. This link is marked nofollow. We don’t add links inside the article in exchange for a guest post, we don’t sell links, and we never ask for a link back to Bloggersutra.

Looking for paid placement instead? See our advertising options. To get a WordPress plugin or theme reviewed, use our plugin and theme submission page.

How to submit a guest post

  1. Read the guidelines above.
  2. Use the form below to send your topic idea, a short outline and links to two or three samples of your writing.
  3. If we like the idea, we will reply by email to agree the details.
  4. Send your finished draft. Our editors check every post and may ask for changes before publishing. Read our editorial process to see how we review content.
  5. Once your post is live, please reply to reader comments on it.

By submitting a post, you confirm it is your own work, and you give Bloggersutra ownership of the published post so we can update it and handle copyright issues. Have a question first? Contact us.
