So, I suggested to make yourself busy with your writing part and take mind off from the normal pregnancy changes and even you also feel good when you are working with a proper schedule and keep yourself updated with your area of interest. Along with this, you are suggested not to neglect your health changes and keep updated with your regular check-ups.
During the second or third trimester you might feel uncomfortable to sit for a long time or you will feel the pain during writing.
Buy a comfortable chair to make your writing easier. If you are not able to afford a new ergonomically-friendly chair then place pillows under your bottom and behind your back. This will make your writing comfortable during pregnancy and you can work for a longer time than usual.
If you are writing by keeping your legs down during pregnancy than there might be chances of having swollen ankles or feet and even sometimes you will feel burning sensation in your feet.
The swelling ankles and burning sensation may lead to all sort of pregnancy problems.
So you need to keep in mind that your legs should be straight. If u writing by sitting on the chair then use a stool or firm box to keep your legs straight during writing. And if you are writing while sitting on the bed then don’t forget to keep a pillow on your legs. You will feel more comfortable while writing and your writing efficiency increases.
If you are getting bored with writing or not getting new ideas then take frequent breaks. When I was pregnant, I have to submit my research articles. So, when I was getting tired or bored while writing, I used to watch a movie, go out and do some chit-chat with friends or take rest for some time. This will improve your writing efficiency and quality of your article.
