Off-server malware scanning

Scans run on MalCare’s servers, so they don’t use your hosting resources. Paid plans use AI malware scanning more often, up to every hour on Fortify.

Firewall

The free plan has a basic firewall. Protect adds an advanced firewall with virtual patching, geo-blocking, bot protection and custom rules, and Repair and Fortify add a real-time firewall.

Malware cleanup

Repair cleans malware automatically and gives you a report. Fortify adds unlimited manual security fixes and help if your host suspends your site.

Login protection

Every plan includes login protection and two-factor authentication for admin users, with more users covered on higher plans.
